This plan provides Burner Clean-Up as listed in our Clean-Up section. This plan will provide year round service and replacement parts on the following:

OIL BURNER PARTS: Burner Motor, Oil Filters, Electrodes, Oil Valves, Electrode Assembly, Ignition Wires, Transformer, Flame Sensor, Nozzle, Pump & Strainer, Burner Couplings, Cad Cell, Tube Assembly/End Cone.

CONTROLS: Master Relay, Fan Limit Control, Pony Relay, Draft Control, Cad Cell Relay, Aquastats, Toggle Switch, Pressuretrol, Thermostat (Plain)

STEAM, FORCED HOT WATER & WARM AIR SYSTEM PARTS: Gauge Glass and Washers, Single Relief Valve, Blower Motor (heating system use only – 1/2 hp or less)

OIL TANK ACCESSORIES: Gauge, Vent Alarm, Vent Cap, Oil Filter. Oil lines embedded beneath a finished floor and oil lines fills and vents which are located in outside underground location are not covered under this plan.

CHECK THE FOLLOWING BEFORE TELEPHONING:

• Remote Control Switch
• Thermostat not set high enough
• Oil in tank
• Burnt out fuse
• Water in boiler, etc.

SATELLITE SERVICE ANNUAL CLEAN-UP
Includes the following: Clean Boiler or Furnace, Lubricate Motors, Clean Pump Strainer, Drain Expansion Tank (if necessary), Adjust Draft and Controls (if needed), Flush low water cutoff (Steam System), Replace Oil Filter, Replace Nozzle, Inspect Combustion Chamber, Clean and adjust burner to maximum designed combustion efficiency and C02 test.
